Refunds & Returns
Please notify us within 30 days of your purchase, if you would like a refund on any item that you purchased.
Just contact us at email@example.com with your name, email and order number to arrange a refund. You will be given a reference (REF) number to help us identify the return parcel.
Once we receive the return item(s) we will notify you via email when the refund is processed. Your refund will be processed within 2 business days, and a credit to the value of the item(s) will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
It can take up to 7 days for the refund to be credited to your card/account and this time-frame depends entirely on your bank (or card issuer). If your refund still don't show up in your account after 14 days of receiving your refund confirmation from us, please contact your bank/card issuer. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Please DO NOT send items back to us without a valid return number on the parcel. IMPORTANT: We do not accept returns without a valid return number.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- Once we receive the returned item, the replacement will be processed within 2 business days.
Please ensure that you double check the sizes and styles BEFORE placing your order. Once you've placed an order, PLEASE CHECK your order confirmation email to make sure you selected the correct size, color and quantity.

> Sale items:
Sale items can only be exchanged if the item(s) are still in stock.
To return your product, please contact us to arrange the return. Please note that we do not cover return shipping charges. Shipping costs are also non-refundable. Shipping costs WILL be refunded if the item(s) were not delivered.
> Order Cancellations:
If you would like to cancel an order, please notify us via email within 24 hours using this contact page or our email address at email@example.com. Please include your name, email address you used when you ordered as well as your order number.
After 24h your order will be processed after which is CAN NOT be cancelled.
